If the agreed cleaning needs longer, the cleaner will allow more time and keep you informed. Any proposed change to the work or price is discussed with you first.

What about supplies and equipment?

Cleaners bring cleaning supplies. Specialized tools, such as long poles for window work, may need advance coordination.

Some cleaners travel by public transportation and cannot bring a vacuum. Tell us if one is needed when requesting your quote so we can coordinate a cleaner with a vacuum, given enough notice.
