“They were very responsive and accommodating! Extremely professional and came and completed the job at the time they confirmed. There was great communication and I was asked a few time if there are areas that need special attention and they took note of that!”

“Extremely happy with the cleaning service. Was looking for someone local to my neighborhood for an apartment cleaning every other week. After the first cleaning, which was great, I decided to continue with them. They are reliable, great price for the work done, attention to detail and really great people. Highly recommend!”

“I had Markus leading my team of 3 on pre-move in cleaning services and let me tell you, he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience with Neighbors. I had multiple vendors coming in that day (closet build, internet installation, and blinds installation) and the team ensured the whole home was prepared properly and thoroughly, and they even cleaned up after the vendors' messes to ensure I was satisfied with the service.”

“I recently moved into a new apartment in Forest Hills and unfortunately the previous tenants did not leave it very clean. I wasn’t sure whether to book a regular cleaning, deep cleaning or move-in cleaning, so I reached out first. They were very helpful explaining what would make the most sense without trying to upsell us. We ended up doing the move-in clean and I’m really glad we did. The kitchen needed the most attention, especially inside cabinets and around the stove. Bathrooms also needed a serious cleaning. By the time they finished the apartment actually felt like OUR home instead of somebody else’s old apartment. Booking was simple, communication was good and everyone we dealt with was friendly. Really good experience overall”
